SCORE: Thanks for being here today, Karen. You've already made a big impression on SCORE Men with your debut pictorial and your blazing hardcore boy-gir, just following the tracks of another score superstar, Linsey Dawn Mckenzie. You're also a bit of a rarity in that your breasts have been augmented but you're a milker. When did you get your boob job?
KAREN FISHER: When I was 20.
SCORE: How big were you before that?
KAREN FISHER: I was a D-cup.
SCORE: So you were pretty big. Why did you decide to get a boob job?
KAREN FISHER: I just like big boobs and I wanted mine bigger.
SCORE: When you say you like big boobs, what do you mean?
KAREN FISHER: I like to look at women in magazines and check out their boobs. I like Anna Nicole Smith a lot, and I always wanted to have boobs like hers.
SCORE: Hers are big. Especially when she put on weight, she got huge.
KAREN FISHER: Yeah, I love them. They're so big and soft, and she's beautiful.
SCORE: So, you're an exotic dancer. Where do you dance?
KAREN FISHER: All over Portland. I'm lactating right now so I'm doing mostly private lactation shows.
SCORE: Are these one-on-one shows? Are there any big boobs galleries or sample videos we could look at?
KAREN FISHER: No videos or sample. Only one-on-one shows.
SCORE: Do you put an ad in the paper to get clients?
KAREN FISHER: Actually, I have an ad on the Internet. It's at Karensplaypen.com.
SCORE: So a guy finds out that you do lactation and he calls you up for an appointment. Does he come to you or do you go to him?
KAREN FISHER: Either way.
SCORE: Then what happens?
KAREN FISHER: It depends. A lot of people have specific fantasies they want fulfilled. Some people want me to baby them and treat them like I'm their mother. I'll hold them on my lap and rock them, stroke their hair, squirt milk on them. Stuff like that. I had a guy who wanted me to put diapers on him. Another guy liked to milk me and watch me milk myself. He was weird.
